The auditor shall review OncoZenge’s annual report and accounts, as well as the administration of the Board of Directors and the CEO. After each fiscal year, the auditor shall submit an audit report and a consolidated audit report to the Annual General Meeting.
At the General Meeting on November 1st, 2023, the audit firm Grant Thornton Sweden AB was appointed as the auditor of OncoZenge, with a term of office according to the Articles of Association until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. The authorized auditor Ida Sparrfeldt has been appointed as the lead auditor as of the same date.

Revisorn skall granska OncoZenges årsredovisning och räkenskaper samt styrelsens och VD:s förvaltning. Efter varje räkenskapsår skall revisorn lämna en revisionsberättelse och en koncernrevisionsberättelse till årsstämman.
Vid bolagsstämma den 1 november 2023 utsågs revisionsbolaget Grant Thornton Sweden AB till revisor i OncoZenge, med mandattid enligt bolagsordningen för tiden intill slutet av nästa årsstämma. Den auktoriserade revisorn Ida Sparrfeldt är utsedd till huvudansvarig revisor från samma datum.
