Molteni Farmaceutici
Molteni Farmaceutici is a leading European player in pain management and addiction care, with operations in more than 40 countries. In March 2025, OncoZenge entered into an exclusive agreement with Molteni for the commercialization of BupiZenge™ in Europe, including the EU27, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The agreement includes milestone payments and a royalty structure providing OncoZenge with up to 20% of sales, strengthening the company’s presence in the European market.
Avernus Pharma
Avernus Pharma General Trading LLC is a strong oncology player in the GCC region, with a presence in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. In April 2025, OncoZenge signed an exclusive license agreement with Avernus for the commercialization and distribution of BupiZenge™ in the region. Avernus is responsible for regulatory filings and market preparations, while OncoZenge provides support and volume supply.
